After studying pastry whilst working at The Ritz Hotel in London for 9 years, I moved to West Yorkshire to take up the position of Head Pastry Chef at a newly opening luxury hotel.
It was my responsibility to prepare and oversee the fantastic selection of breads and sweet treats on their wonderfully extravagant menus, including Afternoon Teas, Weddings, and Corporate events.

1 year later, after starting my little family I made the decision to start my own business venture doing what I know and love.
